Vital Start Early Learning is a family owned and operated early learning centre in Punchbowl, located in the heart of local residencies, shops and train stations. We are a dedicated service to the community, providing children and families with a safe and welcoming place for learning, play and growth. We work closely with families and communities to ensure children receive high-quality care and educational experiences that nurture their curiosity, independence and overall development.
Our Menu
At Vital Start Early Learning, we partner with Kids Gourmet Food (KGF) to provide nutritious, balanced, and high-quality childcare meals & nutrition menu for all children in our care. KGF designs their menus to meet and often exceed the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring children receive the nutrients they need each day. All meals are freshly prepared by qualified chefs, blast-chilled for freshness, and delivered to our centre each morning. KGF also caters for children with allergies, intolerances, and cultural or dietary preferences, offering safe, wholesome, and delicious meals that children will love.

Vital Start Early Learning is a family-owned long day care and preschool centre in Punchbowl, NSW, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Located at 21 Dudley St in the heart of local shops, residencies and train stations, we’re open 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, all year round except public holidays.
We’re a small, home-like centre where every child is known by name. Our EYLF-guided educators support children through play-based learning across literacy, numeracy, STEM and social-emotional development — and every meal, snack and drink is included, freshly prepared by Kids Gourmet Food in a fully nut-free kitchen.

Are meals provided, and can you cater for allergies?
Yes — all meals, snacks and drinks are included and freshly prepared daily by our meal partner, Kids Gourmet Food. Menus meet the Australian Dietary Guidelines, are approved by NSW Government Munch and Move, and our centre is fully nut-free. We cater for allergies, intolerances, and cultural or religious dietary requirements — just let us know when you enrol.
What ages does Vital Start Early Learning accept?
Vital Start Early Learning cares for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years at our Punchbowl centre. We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, all year round except public holidays.
